What the product charges today
Nothing. The app does not meter a run, hold a payment method or produce an invoice. Its billing section is a placeholder. Preview work is scoped and priced with us before it starts, and that agreed price is what you pay. No run can add to it.
Structure
Per organisation, not per seat. A finance team, an analyst, an external adviser and an audit committee all need access to the same result. An organisation holds up to 100 members at one price.
Usage-based runs. The intended structure prices a run by the size of the input and the datasets it touches, so screening a few dozen sites will cost less than screening a few thousand. Per-run metering and estimates are not built yet. Preview work is scoped and priced in advance instead.
No implementation fee.
Alternatives
The main alternative is a consultant assembling the same public data by hand. In the climate disclosure vertical that has a visible price. A physical risk assessment from an engineering consultancy costs six figures and takes months. Enterprise climate risk platforms are licensed at enterprise rates. Both are the right answer for some organisations.
For a Group 2 reporter with a few hundred sites and a deadline, neither is. Zenancy is priced below both. The same applies in the verticals that follow.
Advisory firms
Firms running assessments across a client book get a workspace per client under one agreement, rather than a licence per engagement. Contact us about volume before you scope your first client.

How is usage measured?
Not by the product yet. During preview we agree a scope and a price with you before the work starts. The structure we are building prices a run by input size and the datasets it touches, so screening a few dozen sites costs less than screening a few thousand.
Does the app show a cost estimate before a run?
No. There is no per-run estimate in the chat interface and no meter running against your organisation. The price is agreed with us in advance instead.
What happens if a run fails?
It adds nothing to your bill. The product does not meter or invoice runs, so no run can produce a charge. Ask us and we will look at it.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Pricing is per organisation, and an organisation holds up to 100 members. The people who need to read a result are often not the people who ran it.
